When you join this waitlist, we collect the information you give us directly: your first name, last name, and email address. We don't collect payment information, government ID, or any other sensitive data through this page.

We use your information only to:
- Send you updates about this retreat: pricing, dates, itinerary details, and registration windows, as they're confirmed.
- Notify you when early access or waitlist pricing opens.
- Occasionally tell you about other Curated Travel Joynt offerings we think you'd want to hear about.
- Respond to you if you contact us directly.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, ever. We don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing. The only parties who see your information are:
- Service providers who help us run this waitlist and send email, such as our email and funnel platform (Systeme.io), bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.
- Fora, the host travel agency CTJ operates under (IATA 33520476), if and when you move forward with booking.
- Anyone we're required to share information with by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on our email platform's security practices. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so while we work to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you, or by emailing us directly at joyatilockley@ctjtravel.com. You can also ask us at any time what information we have on file for you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing that same address.
Children's Privacy
This waitlist and retreat are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to stay on this waitlist after a change means you accept the updated policy.
